Lawson Commercial has sold the freehold of Tribune House in Bell Lane, Uckfield.

This imposing 2-storey building with over 50 car spaces was originally built for electronic manufacturing in the late 1970s / early 1980s but in more recent times has been used as good quality offices. The building comprises some 11,000 sq ft on 2 floors well fitted with air conditioning. The freehold has been acquired by Kings Church following the grant of a planning consent. They will be using it for worship and as a community centre.

After the Covid pandemic working in offices has changed quite significantly and there is now much less demand for big space offices in this part of Sussex.
