Robin began his career at 16, selling solar panels, where he honed his sales skills and discovered his passion for connecting with customers. While in college, he shifted to selling fragrances, blending his interest in marketing with hands-on experience in retail.

After earning his BTEC Level 3 in Creative Media, Robin joined an international insurance firm, specialising in motor incidents. Over six years, he developed a deep understanding of customer service and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Seeking a change from the screen, Robin transitioned to property sales and is currently pursuing his Level 3 qualification with Propertymark, focusing on commercial sales and lettings.

Outside of work, Robin enjoys capturing street and landscape photography with his film camera. Residing in Brighton, he loves walking his dog, Mac, along the beach and hitting the local gym. In his downtime, you can find him strategising over a game of chess.

Delight recently joined the Firm as a commercial surveyor having completed an apprenticeship at a local surveying practice. He is currently awaiting the results of his assessment for AssocRICS membership.He is now working alongside Robert and Claudia in the professional department undertaking valuations, rent reviews, lease renewals and property management where he is keen to expand his experience.

Delight has a strong academic record and a Level 3 Construction Contracting Operations NVQ Diploma. Outside of work Delight enjoys reading and learning about ancient history. He also enjoys playing football for his local club as well as coaching football across East Sussex. He is also a dab hand at painting and decorating.
